SENATE BILL NO. 29 An Act relating to certain programs of state                
aid to municipalities and recipients in the unorganized borough; and           
providing for an effective date was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 248.  Senator              
Duncan objected, and then withdrew his objection. There being no               
further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 29(FIN) was                         
adopted and read the second time.
